This location is the slowest and the worst service I have ever received! Spent 17 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me! Then I was charged for a smoothie with yogurt and got a slushie with a teaspoon of yogurt because they ran out of that bag and the server was too lazy to bend over and open another bag! I DID NOT order a slushie!!!!!! Nor did I pay for one! The cars in the drive thru behind me actually shut off their cars! They need a crash course in customer service! Not once did she say " I'll be right with you" or " Sorry for the wait"...... first time ever I left without tipping, and totally disgusted. I will be calling the manager in the morning!
